Terms and Conditions for Painting Holidays France hereafter called ‘PHF’.
One of the listed Painting Venues
If you are staying at one of the venues ‘PHF’ teaches at you will need to visit their own site to check availability, prices and their individual terms and conditions. When you make your booking with one of these venues your contract is with them and not with ‘PHF’ which is solely responsible for the tuition part of your holiday.
‘PHF’ reserves the right to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements advertised by ‘PHF’. In circumstance where ‘PHF’ is unable to provide the course booked at the selected venue, and there is insufficient time for you to make alternative arrangements, monies covering the cost of the tuition only will be returned.
‘PHF’ has taken all reasonable and proper steps to ensure that the accommodation chosen is efficient, safe and reputable. ‘PHF’ has no direct control over the provision of services by the accommodation owners.
